Colleen is a Cardiology nurse with over 25 years’ experience in cardiac rehab, as well as a master’s degree in kinesiology with a focus on exercise physiology.

Beth Teran, DPT

Physical Therapist

Beth is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 16 years of clinical experience working for a large health care provider in Southern California. She graduated from Loma Linda University in 2000.

Carole Bartolotto, MA, RD

Registered Dietitian

Carole has worked as a nutrition consultant for a large health care provider in Southern California for 25 years. She has authored articles and curricula on plant-based nutrition and its contribution to health. She has an MA in Exercise Physiology.

Molly Grupe, MS, RD

Registered Dietitian

Molly has worked as a dietitian with a plant-based approach in treatments for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and weight disorders. She also has served as a coach and educator in health and wellness.

Laura Meyer, MS, LMFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Laura is a licensed therapist with over 25 years' experience in helping guide people's personal choices and changes towards healthier, happier living. She's also had many years of practice as a small group leader/facilitator, and can incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy along with genuine encouragement, celebrating each victorious step of one's journey.

Mary Ann "Mya" Souza

Certified Yoga Instructor

Mya became a private & corporate yoga instructor in 2007. Her yoga studies include travel to India to deepen her understanding of the discipline, and learning from some of the most well respected instructors in the yoga world. Practicing yoga has helped Mya make significant changes in her life. Now she shares her love and practice of yoga with others to help them gain and maintain health & wellness.

Petra Poschmann

Certified Yoga Instructor

Petra worked in software development for 25 years, but during that time her practice of yoga became a passion, and now a call. She has for the last two years served as a part-time yoga instructor teaching studio classes as well as free community classes. Yoga has improved her energy levels, patience and well-being tremendously and she enjoys sharing this experience with others.

Glen Merzer, MA

Health Coach

Glen Merzer is a screenwriter, novelist, and co-author of six books on health, nutrition, and the environment. Glen has done research for the Nutrition Science Foundation, lectured on health, and organized the Topanga Health Intensive. Glen is a member of the WGA.

Rich Lamb, MA

Director, Tanner Care

Rich has served as a project manager and managing supervisor for local and international efforts. He earned an MA in Organizational and Human Development and has supervised high performance teams for nearly 30 years.
